To be honest, I'm so happy now cos I hosted the domain with Blogger service of Google, so consequently, I don't pay any penny to hosting service.
But I should apologise that I don't work like before, I mean creating security or other type of tutorial movies. Please understand me. Previously I was in high school and I had time but now in University huge amount of assignments and lectures......
I thought in weekend I can produce some movies from begging to professional about C programming but obviously I couldn't. Because when I was surfing security forums and sites all questions show weakness of Programming and If you know C you can learn other languages in one or at least two days except Object Oriented Programming form which is so difficult for me cos I'm struggling with now in university in Java course.
Anyway, I definitely do serial videos for C and some exploitation; Besides, you will be able to watch them on Underground Station on Youtube.

I hope that the forum will be up again.
I know a way, just strictly moderating (by aprooving users) one-by-one ,and they must tell what they can do, why they should be in our community, and a logical question , which will be a little harder to solve .. by that way, brain-less users will be declined (and maybe banned too)
